No he nacido aquí pero he crecido en ella y los recuerdos que guardo y espero seguir teniendo hacen que esta increíble Isla y su cultura guarden en mi corazón un lugar especial. La gastronomía Española es un valor en alza y cada ciudad, cada pueblo, cada rincón sabe a un sabor diferente que lo hace único. Mallorca tiene un sabor especial y tengo que deciros que sabe muy bien. Me siento muy orgullosa de poder formar parte de este libro, de mi querido amigo Esteban Mercer, un gran embajador que a través de sus páginas nos va a descubrir todo lo que los fogones esconden. For me, Majorca means home. Although it is not my birthplace, I did grow up here and my memories of this amazing island and its culture will always have a special place in my heart. Wenn ich an Mallorca denke, denke ich an zuhause.
